Complete the forms

Fill out the online application to get started.  Your Equus loan officer will work with you to structure an initial term sheet that’s customized to you and your property. 

Check off your list

Our team will provide you with a checklist of items we need to keep things moving forward. All of your tasks will help our team validate pricing, the closing date, and preparation for the next milestone.

Clear the underwriting process

Our underwriters review your loan file carefully by cross-referencing your application information with other specific records. Our team is transparent through this process and will let you know any required conditions that need to be satisfied, and will give you a realistic timeframe. Questions through this time period? Your Equus team is always just a phone call away.

Close that deal

Once underwriting has been cleared and value has been confirmed, you’re ready for closing day! Documents are drawn within 24 hours of approval and sent to the title company for signing.  Once documents are finalized, your loan is funded.
